We are an apartment management company that owns and manages small communities in Lexington, Kentucky.  Established in 2001, we are a family business that prides itself in providing clean, comfortable apartment homes in prime locations. We guarantee prompt maintenance service and add a personal touch with the ability to contact us personally with any concerns.

We love animals and have a pet station at each of our communities.  As a business we support the Kentucky Horse Park and the Lexington Humane society.
